Manage and work with client to systematically improve the Transaction Management process, decision making framework, reporting, and performance measurement approach for the services delivery team.
Oversight and delivery of Transaction Management Services across the region, which includes:
Provide real estate transactions services to customer(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations and all transaction services required of iCORE under the agreement with the customer(s). Effectively manage a large volume of transactions related to iCORE's business line.
Assist in defining iCORE Customer(s) real estate requirements (i.e., review growth projections, evaluate overall business strategy, and manage critical dates).
Concurrently act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiate the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate product including land, office, retail and industrial.
Manage transaction implementation (broker selection/oversight, scope of services, process standardization).
Draft and create a large variety of analyses and all relevant documents including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, RFP's, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, area plans, broker's opinions of value, etc.
Prepare book and cash flow projections, as well as NPV, EVA and/or IRR financial analyses, etc.
Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties.
Understand customer(s) strategic real estate goals and implement corresponding real estate plans.
Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements.
Work closely with iCORE and/or customer(s) Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management and Finance/Accounting teams.
Closely track all transaction activity (commissionable and non-commissionable), prepare commission forecasts and vouchers and account for all savings results achieved on behalf of customer(s).
Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns tasks to subordinates within a work unit and/or project. Provides formal supervision to individual employees within team. Responsible for hiring, identifying training needs, tracking performance, coaching, motivating, and terminating direct reports.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, MBA preferred. 8-10+ years applicable industry tenure or similar combination of education and experience.
Familiarity with and understanding of lease and purchase agreements. Experience with International Transaction (particularly Latin America) is required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Appropriate jurisdiction-required license
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to write reports, prepare and present complex transaction decisions to senior client staff. Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Ability to make effective presentations on general topics to an internal department, large group of employees, clients, and/or management. Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports. Good understanding of cash versus accounting considerations related to real estate decisions is imperative.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of options in varying situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
