  Deane H. Stokes, Jr., SIOR

Deane has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 19 years and has a long track record of success in representing office and industrial tenants on both a local and national level. Early in his career, while at Grubb & Ellis Company, he led a team of handpicked real estate professionals in assisting one of Midtown Atlanta's largest landowners with the disposition of their $30 million real estate asset. His team secured the listing of the property and was instrumental in the positioning and marketing of this property that led to a successful re-development transaction. He has since founded the company, Metropolitan Realty Associates located in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the past five years, Deane has personally completed in excess of $75 million in real estate transactions in over one million square feet of space. Deane is an Atlanta native, a graduate of Georgia State University and is an individual member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®, (SIOR).




  Jeff Nickol, SIOR

Jeff has been in the commercial real estate business for over 24 years and has participated in brokerage, industrial development and investment acquisitions during his career. He has successfully formed corporate service partnerships in over 20 states to complete in excess of $ 400 million dollars worth of real estate transactions. Prior to forming iCORE, he was a development partner with Republic Property Company in Atlanta, Georgia where he shared responsibility in the acquisition, development, underwriting and leasing/marketing for a portfolio of over 6 million square feet of industrial real estate. Jeff is an individual member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®, (SIOR), and served as Georgia Chapter President in 2003.

 

 

  

  Bill Wikle, BSIM / Civil Engineering

photoBill has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for the past 21 years. Over his career, Mr. Wikle has worked with tenants/users, developers, and investors in both the acquisition and disposition of facilities, ranging from traditional distribution and manufacturing buildings to large raised floor computer operations, build-to-suits, site acquisition and analysis for development, land tract disposition, and corporate facilities disposition. For the last two years, Mr Wikle served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Acquisitions for a national industrial property developer overseeing new project development and marketing for eight million square feet of industrial space. Mr. Wikle also has a background in financial/economic analysis, manufacturing management, and civil engineering site design.




  Jennifer Kasper, Registered Architect

photoJennifer began her commercial architectural design career in 1982 and is recognized as an industry leader and pioneer based upon her accomplishments and tenure.  She specializes in the office/industrial market working with tenants and end users to design a facility that allows greater efficiency, better function and a safer environment.  She has a variety of experiences from high-end office, production, distribution, manufacturing and hazardous materials facilities.  Ms. Kasper has enjoyed building solid relationships with tenants, landlords, brokers and contractors as well as governing code officials.  Jennifer holds an architecture degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology and is a registered architect in the State of Georiga (License # 7187)




  Philip A. Seagraves, MSRE

photoPhilip has over 20 years marketing and strategic planning experiece with a range of both small and Fortune 500 companies. Currently a full-time Doctoral Fellow in Real Estate with one of the nation's leading academic real estate programs, Philip is involved in a wide array of real estate research projects including industrial and warehouse space demand, REITs, and property insurance. In cooperation with iCORE, Philip will also conduct a program of research into the ways corporate real estate decisions affect firm performance and, ultimately, shareholder returns. As a corporate executive, Philip partipated in numerous real estate and space use projects including new facility construction, build-out and a variety of tactical projects such as selection of furniture systems. Prior to joining the iCORE team, he completed the Master of Science in Real Estate program with Georgia State University, a MBA from Emory University and a BBA from the University of Georgia.
